1. Clarification on Authorized Distribution Channels and Product Metrics

At Shenzhen Vipon Precision Marketing Technology Co., Ltd. and VZOTECH, we are thoroughly committed to delivering high-quality, high-performance optical products while ensuring that our consumers worldwide receive transparent, accurate, and consistent technical specifications.
Recently, it has come to our attention that certain unauthorized, independent retail listings and third-party online marketing platforms have displayed inconsistent and non-standardized brightness specifications for our products—specifically citing theoretical metrics such as "15,000 lumens" or "800 lumens" in connection with the VIZONY RD830 projector. We wish to officially clarify that Shenzhen Vipon Precision Marketing Technology Co., Ltd. has authorized only one single retail partner to distribute, list, and sell our brand’s projectors globally, which is the official VZOTECH store. We have never authorized, endorsed, or supplied any other independent sellers or channels to utilize non-standardized optical metrics for product advertising.
To eliminate any potential consumer confusion and actively promote absolute clarity in the smart-projector industry, we have strictly instructed and required our sole authorized partner, VZOTECH, to fully align all of its product descriptions, marketing materials, and listings with recognized international standards. We do not support, nor do we permit, the use of theoretical, non-standardized raw light-source measurements in our authorized channels.

2. Official Declaration and Specification Correction

In accordance with our recent resolution and commitment to strict market compliance, Shenzhen Vipon Precision Marketing Technology Co., Ltd. and VZOTECH hereby issue the following official declaration verbatim:
"Please be advised that Shenzhen Vipon Precision Marketing Technology Co., Ltd. and VZOTECH have now corrected the White Brightness of the following projector(s):

VIZONY RD830 projector from 15,000 Lumens and/or 800 Lumens down to 370 Lumens.

We are committed to only using IDMS 15.4 for Color Brightness and ISO/IEC 21118 for White Brightness on a go-forward basis."

3. Commitment to International Product Quality

Moving forward, we have comprehensively verified that the VZOTECH official store has finalized all necessary updates to its listings, packaging, and operating manuals to reflect these uniform measurements. The standardized value of 370 lumens represents the precise, certified, and real-world screen-projected usable light output of the VIZONY RD830 projector when tested under strict international standards. In accordance with these international standards, the RD830 continues to offer superb brightness, vivid colors, and exceptional visual clarity within its standard-of-use class.
