Q: How long is warranty?
A: 3 years warranty. During these time, if you have any issue with your projector, you can contact us through amazon message or contact our brand customer service: support@vizonyshop.com to get the problem solved. Free replacement or full refund will be available once problem confirmed.

Q: How can I get the remote control if it was missing or broken?

Q: My iphone hooks up to the WiFi and screen mirror works when on YouTube, but Netflix or amazon prime video app do not work. why?
A: Due to HDCP copyright, this wireless projector doesn't support Netflix, Amazon Prime and Hulu, but you could use amazon fire stick, it was not included in the package, you need to buy it separately.

Q: What is the remote IR code or universal code ?
A: IR code or universal code as below, you can set it with your fire tv stick or chrome cast, then you can use them to control the projector.

 

Q: Is the image still clear when projected to the top or left？
A: Yes, this projector is 4P 4D gradient adjustment, it can correct the image even when placed in the corner.

Q: Does this have an Invert image function? I want to mount it on the ceiling, upside down. I will need to invert the image to keep it upright.
A: There is a screw mount on the bottom so it can be mounted either right side up or upside down, you can hang the ceiling bracket.The screen display can be inverted.

Q: Does this projector 4K or 4K supported?
A: 4K supported, it can only support H.265 30hz/MP4 format 4K video decoding, will not support H.264 format.

Q: Is this projector Auto focus or electronic focus?
A: Electronic Focus now, you can only control it using remote control, we are currently researching and upgrading this function, auto focus will come true at about the end of December, the updated will be base on this projector, the main selling is auto focus/keystone and built in Netflix, but it is another new one, it will be more expensive than this one.

Q: Can I use my chrome cast with this projector?
A: It can only support Mira-cast screen mirror protocol. If you are using phone (Google Pixel/MOTO/) that supports other protocols (Like Chrome-cast), it will occur no picture only audio works situation. You need to use a wired connect or change phone.

Q: What is the refresh rate on this projector? Does it lag while using iPhone airplay or Mac airplay!?
A: 60hz, no lag when using airplay.

Q: Can I connect this to a soundbar using HDMI?
A: Yes, it is can be connected with HDMI . Or you can use AV cable, but make sure your soundbar has AUX port, then you can use 3.5mm audio cable to connect the projector's headphone jack to your sound bar's AUX port.

Q: Does it have memory function that keeps the same settings like size?
A: Yes, it has. Such as digital zoom which you set 50%, next time when you start the projector, it is the same.

Q: Can I connect a Bluetooth speaker for output?
A: Yes, it come with a 15W dual stereo speaker, it can provide crisp and loud tweeter and bass output without external speaker, also can connect a BT speaker to enjoy a theater sound.

Q: Can I use a fire tv stick?
A: Yes, you can use fire tv stick to stream Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu or other copyright video.

Q: What’s the format of the projector’s video, audio and image?

Q: Do I need a projector screen for this projector?
A: No need projection screen, this projector’s is very clear whenever daytime or dark time.

Q: Hello how is the fan noise?
A: Noise<27dB, it's pretty quiet.

Q: Does this projector support HDMI CEC ?
A: No, it is not supported.
